Dr. Mrs. Seema Tripathi is the Managing Director of Pharmanova Group of companies, the group of pharmaceutical companies, which individually has grown on their own merit for each to become one of the most respected and capable companies in Ghana and to be appointed to that position bears testimony to her exemplary professional and managerial capacities. Shortly after obtaining a Doctorate from Banaras Hindu University, one of the prestigious universities in India, she relocated to Ghana, as a result of her marriage to Mr. Tripathi, the Group Chief Executive Officer of the Pharmanova Group of companies. Her track record of accomplishment at the various individual companies and the positive impact she has had on their corporate fortunes and images makes her stand out even more vividly. She has been the director in charge of the smooth operations of the Pharmanova Ltd.’s Corporate Office, Accounts Department as well as the HR Department. She has been a pillar in Pharmanova since inception and has been responsible in maintaining good working relationship with the Banks thereby obtaining the necessary finance for the Company at the right time.
